Registration
Please complete the Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat before Oct 1st, 2008. Your registration for the Forum and hotel reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your Registration Form. All attendees must register at the Forum Registration Desk, which will be located in the lobby of the Mercure Hotel. It will be open full day on Oct 14th.

Registration Fee
US$500 for the first person, US$400 for each additional person.

Participants can attend the forum plenary meetings and group discussions.
Buffet lunches on Oct 15 and 16 are provided.
Reception Dinner on Oct 15 and culture show dinner on Oct 16.
Visit to XIBI and XHTZ on Oct 16.

Payment
Prior payment is not required, participants can pay the fee upon arrival in Xi’an by either cash or credit card.

Hotel Reservation
The room reservations could be made by completing the Registration Form and sending it to the Secretatiat before Oct 1st, 2008. The venue provides various hotel rooms for participants to choose.
