Please complete the Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat before Aug 15, 2011. Your registration for the Forum and hotel reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your Registration Form. All participants must register at the Forum Registration Desk, which will be located in the lobby of Shangri-la Hotel and open full day on Sept 5 2011.

Registration Fee
US$200 for each person.

Payment
Prior payment is not required, participants can pay the fee upon arrival in Xi’an by either cash or credit card.

Hotel Reservation
The forum provides three otional hotels for you to choose. Room reservations could be made by completing the Registration Form and sending it to the Secretatiat before Aug 15, 2011. You may pay the room charge upon arrival at the hotel, no prior deposit is required.

Due to the World Horticultural Expo, which is being held in Xi’an from April to October, hotel rooms are in very short supply. Registration after the deadline of Aug 15 may result in failure of the reservation.
